NexGrupo is not responsible for the publication or content of the classified ads, and the advertiser gives their express consent to the processing of their personal data upon delivery of the ad for publication as per the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD).

NexGrupo reserves the right to remove any published ad without giving the advertiser advance notice.
To remove the publication, the advertiser must send an e-mail to the marina e-mail address info@nexgrupo.com stating their express wish.
